Tory plotters results to old-school methods of conspiring

Now that messages on ostensibly private chat groups have a history of getting exposed, seditious MPs are resorting to more old-school means of conspiring.

Supporters of one Tory leadership candidate tell me that their lieutenants have spent the Jubilee weekend putting together a list of parliamentary office locations for their anticipated 30 supporters if Boris Johnson faces a no-confidence vote.

All MPs have offices on the Commons estate, although getting in touch with them might be difficult due to the numerous passageways and buildings.

‘It makes it easier if we can go to their office and accost them,’ a source claims, as an alternative to picking up the blower to shore up support.
