Kyle Richards was seen enjoying a sunny day at a Los Angeles farmers market, accompanied by two of her four daughters, Alexia, 28, and Portia, 16.

The 55-year-old *Real Housewives of Beverly Hills* star, who has been navigating financial issues with her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, seemed to be in good spirits

The outing came shortly after Mauricio was spotted sharing a kiss with Nikita Kahn, a 33-year-old actress from Ukraine, at the Mykonos airport in Greece.

Kyle shared moments from the day with her 4.3 million Instagram followers, including a photo with Alexia, captioned “Farmers market with my [twin emoji] @alexiaumansky.”

Another snapshot featured a selfie with the whole group, tagged individually on her Stories.

Recently, it was revealed through exclusive documents obtained by DailyMail.com that Kyle and Mauricio are facing a tax lien.

The California Franchise Tax Board issued a lien on June 25, 2024, for $6,542.50 in unpaid taxes for the 2022 tax year.

This amount adds to a total of $31,464.50 in unpaid taxes for 2022 and 2023, covering various offices under UMRO Realty Corp/The Agency, including locations in Calabasas, Marina Del Rey, Pasadena, Beverly Hills, and Sherman Oaks.

The lien was placed on the former couple’s marital home, a seven-bedroom mansion in Encino purchased in 2017 for $8.2 million.

Coping with Separation

Kyle and Mauricio separated in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage, with Mauricio moving out of their shared home in March 2024.

Despite the separation, the recent news of Mauricio’s public kiss with Nikita Kahn left Kyle needing family support.

Her sister and *Real Housewives of Beverly Hills* co-star, Kathy Hilton, revealed that she had to help Kyle process her emotions after seeing the photos.

Celebrating Sobriety Milestone

Kyle also marked a personal achievement recently, celebrating two years of being alcohol-free. She shared a gym selfie showcasing her toned abs, along with a heartfelt caption reflecting on her journey.

“This week marks my 2-year anniversary of being alcohol-free (July 15th). I remember when even the idea of two weeks felt impossible,” she wrote.

She acknowledged that some people miss “Party Kyle,” but emphasized the importance of prioritizing her mental and physical health over social expectations.
