Queen Maxima of the Netherlands was visibly excited as she cheered on her country’s athletes during the mountain bike cross-country finals at the Paris Olympics.

Accompanied by King Willem-Alexander, their daughters Catharina-Amalia, Princess of Orange, and Princess Alexia, the royal family showed strong support for the competitors.

The Dutch racer, Pieterse Puck, finished in fourth place with a time of 1:29:25, narrowly missing the podium.

Maxima looked stunning in a colorful floral dress, perfect for the warm Paris weather.

She accessorized with stylish sunglasses, long sunset-colored earrings, and an orange cap representing the Netherlands.

Her practical yet fashionable trainers completed the look.

King Willem-Alexander sported a matching T-shirt and sunhat, demonstrating his support for Team Netherlands.

However, their youngest daughter, Princess Ariane, did not attend the event.

A Royal Family’s Olympic Adventure

The Dutch royal family has been actively engaging with the Olympic festivities.

King Willem-Alexander was spotted having an animated conversation on Saturday during their visit to the Athletes’ Village.

They were joined by the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Dick Schoof. The family shared a supportive message on Instagram, wishing TeamNL athletes the best of luck and expressing their excitement for the games.

Patriotic Support in Paris

The royal couple and their daughters are enjoying their time in Paris, staying until July 30.

King Willem-Alexander, an honorary member of the International Olympic Committee, and Queen Maxima, dressed in an orange frock with a blazer, have been meeting athletes and supporting Team Netherlands.

They were seen chatting with various sports personnel, including Team NL’s field hockey coach Paul Van Ass and Chief de Mission Pieter Van Den Hoogenband.

The royal family’s enthusiasm and support were evident as they interacted with the athletes, bringing a cheerful and encouraging presence to the games.
