The publication, according to Dr. Issa Saleh Al Hammadi, Director of the Arabic Language Education Centre for the Gulf States (ALECGS), is part of the ALECGS’s plan, which was approved by the Ministers of Education, members of the General Conference of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States, in order to achieve the centre’s goals in developing the teaching and learning of the Arabic language.
