Senator Ian Gorst, Minister of External Relations of the Government of the British Channel Island of Jersey, has expressed his condolences to the UAE on the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

“Saddened to hear of the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan,” Gorst said in a tweet. “My thoughts and condolences are with his family and the people of the Emirates in this most difficult of times.”
