Actress Brenda Mhlongo – who played the second KaMadonsela after Fundiswa Zwane in ‘Imbewu: The Seed’ has exited the telenovela.

KAMADONSELA GETS WRITTEN OUT

Fans of Imbewu: The Seed are unhappy with the writers for killing Brenda Mhlongo’s character KaMadonsela in last night’s episode. Audiences were also devastated when Skeem Saam actress Fundiswa Zwane exited the role two years ago.

A source from the e.tv telenovela shared with Sunday World that actress Brenda Mhlongo strangled an Imbewu: The Seed producer on set after she went into a trance.

The source added that the producer screamed for help when the popular actress choked her.

“She got too much into her character and the dlozi took over”.

The popular actress has been applauded by viewers for her traditional healer role as she’s very convincing.

Another mole told the Sunday tabloid that they were not shocked by Mhlongo’s actions as the conditions the actors are working under at Imbewu are toxic.

Sources on set also revealed that Brenda hasn’t been the same since she received a lower-paying contract and since the new management of the show took over.

“The new management brought with them very rude and unprofessional crew members who are treating actors and other people like crap.”

“Many people have been on depression pills since the new management took over.”

“The work environment is no longer enjoyable, and people are scared to talk because they do not want to be fired as the new management does not like to be challenged.”

KaMandonsela died in her sleep on the show last night and was announced dead by her sister …
