CHIEFS COACH ZWANE SUGGESTS PARKER GOES TO IRELAND
It seems that ‘Die Hond’ could be hanging up his boots very soon with Zwane suggesting he becomes a coach. Even his agent, Makaab, suggested that this would be the next phase of his career.
“I talk to each and every player because we want to help them, Bernard… he knows he will never play football forever,” Zwane told iDiskiTimes.
Zwane even went as far as suggesting that Parker leaves for Ireland.
“Yes he has hinted that he wants to take up coaching and I’ve advised applying for coaching courses, there are opportunities left right and centre. I told him he can go to Ireland as well, that’s where I got my coaching license,” Zwane added.
Parker would make a great coach given his experience and knowledge. He has been at the heart of Amakhosi for over a decade and is also Bafana Bafana’s third-highest goal scorer of all time.
