Kaizer Chiefs: ‘Bernard Parker could go to Ireland’ – Arthur Zwane

Arthur Zwane issued a surprising update on Kaizer Chiefs captain Bernard Parker suggesting that he could move aboard to Ireland! – Here’s WHY.

Parker’s contract is coming to end with Amakhosi’s captain expected to finally hang up his boots.

This is due to earlier reports. When he decides to end his career at Naturena he will leave the club an Amakhosi legend. His agent Mike Makaab confirmed that Parker is likely to retire at the end of the season. Head coach Arthur Zwane has finally issued a key update on Parker’s future with a shock suggestion…

CHIEFS COACH ZWANE SUGGESTS PARKER GOES TO IRELAND

It seems that ‘Die Hond’ could be hanging up his boots very soon with Zwane suggesting he becomes a coach. Even his agent, Makaab, suggested that this would be the next phase of his career.

“I talk to each and every player because we want to help them, Bernard… he knows he will never play football forever,” Zwane told iDiskiTimes.

Zwane even went as far as suggesting that Parker leaves for Ireland.

Yes he has hinted that he wants to take up coaching and I’ve advised applying for coaching courses, there are opportunities left right and centre. I told him he can go to Ireland as well, that’s where I got my coaching license,” Zwane added.

Parker would make a great coach given his experience and knowledge. He has been at the heart of Amakhosi for over a decade and is also Bafana Bafana’s third-highest goal scorer of all time.
