Thirty Ukrainians released as part of 4th prisoner swap with Russia

The 4th prisoner swap with Russia took place today by order of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

“Five officers and 17 service members were exchanged. Eight civilians, including one woman, were also released,” Deputy Prime Minister – Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk posted on Telegram.

According to the official, a total of 30 Ukrainian citizens are going home today.

The 3rd prisoner exchange was held on April 9. Twelve Ukrainian service members returned home, including one woman officer. Fourteen civilians, including nine women, were also released.
