Nedbank Cup draw: Royal AM to face Mamelodi Sundowns in the semi-finals

The Nedbank Cup semi-final draw was conducted immediately after the quarter-final matches on Sunday afternoon.

Mamelodi Sundowns, Royal AM, Marumo Gallants and Tshakhuma FC all booked their places in the semi-finals of this year’s Nedbank Cup.

Sundowns thumped Summerfield Dynamos 5-0 on Saturday, Tshakhuma stunned SuperSport United 3-2 while Royal AM beat AmaTuks 3-2 to advance.

Gallants, who are defending the crown, edged out Baroka 1-0 in Saturday’s Limpopo derby to remain on course to winning their second successive Nedbank Cup title.

NEDBANK CUP SEMI-FINAL DRAW IN FULL

Sundowns were on Sunday drawn against high-flying Royal AM but this time around, they will be away from home.

Tshakhuma will be at home against Marumo Gallants in what will be another ‘Limpopo derby’ in the competition.

The league will release the dates, venues, and kick-off times for the semi-finals in due course.
