Gavin Hunt names Kaizer Chiefs’ former star as Mzansi’s best ever

While the four-time PSL champion was addressing the present and future, he found a moment to name Kaizer Chiefs’ number one great player.

The former Hellenic, Black Leopards. Moroka Swallows, SuperSport United, and Bidvest Wits coach was asked what Chiefs require to dominate the PSL again.

“There is a need to change players. Some of the players in the team have been there since the club won a trophy seven years ago. You’ve got to make a change,” Hunt said.

“Jeff Bulter, the club’s best-ever coach, came in a got rid of guys like [Nelson] Teenage Dlalda and [Patrick] Ace Ntsoelengoe, Ace Ntsoelengoe is the best player in South Africa for me.

“He was criticised but he won five trophies the following season,” the former Kaizer Chiefs coach added.
