Pitso Mosimane has effectively rejected that Chiefs assistant coach Arthur Zwane is on the verge of joining Al Ahly. Mosimane chastised a football newspaper for spreading “false news” and emphasized that he was on excellent terms with Bafana Bafana and would never celebrate something that was detrimental to South Africa. In another article, he speculated that the magazine responsible for the “false news” was also “accountable for the Arthur Zwane joining Al AHLY hoax.”

Sundowns Andile Jali has taken a subtle dig at Bafana coach Hugo Broos after the midfielder continued to be overlooked at national level. Jali last played for Bafana in March 2021, but has now broken his silence over his continued Bafana snub, suggesting “the coach is like a neighbour that hates you but he doesn’t know why he hates you”.

Benni McCarthy has been linked with a sensational move to SuperSport United after his abrupt departure from AmaZulu. According to FARPostZA, it’s reported that they have it on good authority that SuperSport are in talks to possibly bring Matsatsantsa ahead of next season, although it’s unclear what that would mean for Kaitano Tembo.

There have been massive details that have emerged on Kaizer Chiefs’ reported pursuit of a striker signing for next season. It has been no secret that Chiefs are in the market for a number nine who will bolster their attack, and are apparently searching different parts of the globe to try and find their man. Apparently the powerhouse football club have even allocated a big budget specifically for that player.

Kaizer Chiefs might lose out on Yusuf Maart, if Mamelodi Sundowns make the great offer that has been reported. Our most recent update suggests Amakhosi are yet to make a formal bid as Maart is still contracted to the club known as Babina Noko. Unfortunately for Kaizer Chiefs, new reports claim that Sundowns have decided to target the 26-year-old Maart again.

Kaizer Chiefs look set to lose Victor Letsaolo to bitter nemesis Orlando Pirates. The Buccaneers’ offer will reportedly include two players. According to reports, Bucs have upped the ante to snatch Letsaolo from Royal AM by offering their loaned-out defender Justice Chabalala whose at Sekhukhune United. That’s not all. It has further been said that Pirates will also offer Gabadinho Mhango in the same deal plus cash.
