Oscars slap: Actor, Will Smith and Comedian, Chris Rock MEMES trends on the internet!

Pinkett Smith has been candid about her issues with alopecia, a medical disease that causes accelerated hair loss, and her husband was not amused.

Chris Rock was referring to Demi Moore’s appearance in the 1997 film ‘G.I. Jane,’ in which she sports a shaved head.

Smith retaliated by leaping onto the stage and slapping Rock. “Keep my wife’s name out of your f****** lips!” he yelled as he returned to his seat.

Following the event, Smith won Best Actor for ‘King Richard,’ and in a sad acceptance speech, he apologized.

Smith said: “I want to apologise to the Academy. I want to apologise to all my fellow nominees. This is a beautiful moment and I’m not crying for winning an award. It’s not about winning an award for me. It’s about being able to shine a light on all of the people.”

Will Smith did not apologize to Chris Rock at any point.
