BREAKING NEWS: Russia kills Azov ideologist Nikolai Kravchenko ‘Kruk’ in Mariupol

The Russian military has killed Nikolai Kravchenko, one of the main ideologists of Ukraine’s Azov nationalist regiment (banned in Russia), his acquaintances and commander Andrei Biletsky said, Baza Telegram channel reports.

Nikolai Kravchenko, a nationalist with the call sign ‘Kruk’ (‘Raven’ in Ukrainian) was killed in Mariupol, when surrounded by the forces of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

“Yesterday, a close friend of mine, a legendary nationalist, comrade-in-arms, historian-scientist Nikolai Kravchenko “Kruk” was killed in battle,” Andrei Biletsky wrote.

Biletsky also said that Kravchenko’s father was killed near Kharkov two weeks ago.

The Azov Regiment was formed in 2014 in Mariupol as part of the military unit 3057 of the Eastern Operational-Territorial Association of the National Guard of Ukraine. Its participants are associated with neo-Nazi and far-right ideology.

The Ukrainian authorities have not confirmed this information yet. The Russian Ministry of Defense has not commented on the reports either.

Earlier it became known that the Ukrainian authorities were unable to coordinate a new humanitarian corridor from Mariupol with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). About 2,000 civilian vehicles could leave the city.Pravda.
