Global COVID-19 cases cross 443.41 million

WASHINGTON, 7th March, 2022 – More than 443.41 million people have been reported to be infected by the coronavirus globally, and 6,364,468 have died, according to a Reuters tally.

Infections have been reported in more than 210 countries and territories since the first cases were identified in December 2019.
