APC aspirant in Niger State calls for strong, united party

Alhaji Mohammed Idris Malagi, a gubernatorial aspirant of All Progressive Congress APC in Niger State North Central Nigeria, has urged party stakeholders to build a solid and united party ahead of the 2023 general elections.

Malagi, who stated this during a visit to the party’s state secretariat on Tuesday in Minna, the state capital, said his visit aims to strengthen the party’s activities in the country.

Malagi donated 43 million naira and 31 operational buses to the party for political activities across the state-directed that.

He stated, “1 million naira and an operational vehicle should go to each of the 25 local government areas of the state.

In addition,  1 million naira and a vehicle should go to each of the three zonal offices in the state.

Also,  15 million naira and three buses go to the party-state secretariat for onward operational activities.


Alhaji Malagi further assured the state of his continued support and assistance to the party in building a strong foundation towards the coming general election in 2023.

“I’m here to identify with my party’s platform, the APC, and to try in strengthening the party.


Malagi, a Public Relations Practitioner and the publisher of the National Daily, ‘The Blueprint Newspaper’, further commended the state party Chairman for providing the required quality leadership and ensuring a strong and united party worthy of emulation.

The APC aspirant also applauded Governor Abubakar Sani Bello of Niger State for ensuring an indivisible party in the state.

Zakari Jikantoro appreciated the kind gesture of Alhaji Malagi; assured members of the party’s mission to sustain victory at all levels in the forthcoming elections across the state.

Jikantoro maintained that the aspirant’s gesture was enough for his future aspiration, prayed for his success and reassured that the party would sustain its unity taking into cognisance of being a ruling party at all levels to its advantage.

Mohammed Idris Malagi has joined about 28 aspirants under the platform of the APC for the gubernatorial seat from zone A in the Niger State political zoning system.
