Thirteen of its talented professionals have been recognized for their contributions, moving up the ranks across the firm’s offices worldwide.
These promotions reflect Summit Partners’ commitment to nurturing talent and driving excellence in private equity and growth investing.
New Partners Join the Firm’s Leadership
Four professionals have earned the prestigious title of Partner: Chris Bon, Meg Devine, Ross Murphy, and Jono Pagden.
Chris Bon has been with Summit since 2016, starting as an Associate, and now leads initiatives within the Growth Products & Services team.
Meg Devine joined in 2015 as Chief Marketing Officer.
With experience in private equity at North Bridge and Advent International and public equity analysis at State Street Research & Management, she brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
Ross Murphy came on board in 2020 as Director of Investor Relations.
Before Summit, he co-headed Investor Relations at ArcLight Capital Partners, enhancing his track record in managing investor relationships.
Jono Pagden has been part of the Healthcare & Life Sciences team since 2016.
His board and investment experience spans companies like Advance Medical, CluePoints, and Dreampath Diagnostics, among others. Jono also previously worked in M&A at Goldman Sachs.
Principals Take on Greater Responsibility
Three team members have stepped up as Principals, signaling their growing influence within Summit Partners.
Devin O’Connor Deane, now Principal for Healthcare Human Capital, has been instrumental in developing executive talent strategies across Summit’s healthcare portfolio.
He joined in 2022 after leading executive recruitment at Frazier Healthcare Partners.
Irina Müller, from the Technology team, has progressed from Associate to Principal.
Her investments include Appway, ProGlove, and Quorso, supported by her M&A experience at Houlihan Lokey.
Nik Ohri, also from the Technology team, has been promoted to Principal.
His portfolio includes Akeneo, Odoo, and Red Points, and he previously worked in Leveraged Finance at Goldman Sachs.
Vice Presidents Bring Fresh Leadership
Six professionals have advanced to Vice President roles, reflecting Summit Partners’ ongoing investment in leadership talent.
Luke Farrugia (Technology team) has driven investments in ImagenAI and Quorso, after joining from Macquarie Capital.
Grace Gwozdz (Healthcare & Life Sciences) brings expertise from Warburg Pincus and a strong academic background from Harvard.
She has contributed to portfolio companies like Earned Wealth and RIS Rx.
Patrick McLaughlin (Growth Products & Services) focuses on companies such as CollisionRight and UHY, with prior experience at Abry Partners and Guidepost Growth Equity.
Max Miller now leads as Vice President, Investor Relations.
Since 2018, he has strengthened Summit’s investor communications, previously working at Russell Investments.
Alberto Reyes (Growth Products & Services) has guided investments including Celcoin and Halborn, with prior experience in investment banking at Evercore.
Paul-Hugo Thiboult (Growth Products & Services) has contributed to portfolio companies such as CERTANIA and Doctrine, bringing prior private equity and entrepreneurial experience from 3i and his own venture.
