Eva Longoria Flaunts Her Toned Figure in a Black Bikini While Enjoying a Sunny Day on a Beach in Marbella Spain

Eva Longoria showed she hasn’t lost a step when it comes to turning heads, as she was spotted soaking up the sun in Marbella, Spain this week.

The Desperate Housewives star, who splits her time between Spain and Mexico, enjoyed a playful day in the water with her seven-year-old son Santiago, whom she shares with her husband Jose Baston, a charismatic Mexican businessman.

Her beach style was impossible to miss: a daring black string bikini that highlighted her toned midriff, vertiginous legs, and offered glimpses of her derriere as she strolled across the pebbles.

With her hair tied back in a ponytail, Eva splashed in the waves, letting water drip playfully over her face and arms.

On land, she occasionally threw on black shorts and was seen chatting on her phone, keeping her look effortlessly chic with minimal makeup and a striking gold medallion.

The Secret Behind Her Sculpted Figure

Eva has shared the dietary approach that helps her maintain her enviable physique: intermittent fasting, clean eating, and moderation.

Following a 16:8 fasting schedule—eating between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.—she focuses on protein, leafy greens, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates while avoiding processed foods, sugar, and fried items, particularly during early postpartum recovery.

Her meals often include lean proteins like chicken, fish, and eggs, paired with complex carbs such as quinoa and brown rice, and healthy fats like avocado and olive oil.

She also snacks on almonds, yogurt, and fruit, all while prioritizing hydration to keep her body functioning optimally.

This balanced approach allows Eva to stay fit without restrictive diets, emphasizing moderation and mindful eating.

From Culinary Adventures to Travel Docuseries

Eva’s passion for food and culture has found a new stage in her CNN travel docuseries.

After the success of Searching for Mexico, she explored Spain, and now she’s set her sights on France.

“France has long been a cornerstone of global cuisine, and I’m thrilled to be partnering with CNN for this next chapter in our culinary and cultural journey,” she said in a statement reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

Her shows have struck a chord with audiences, blending travel, cuisine, and Eva’s signature charm, making her more than just a household name in Hollywood.

Believing in Herself and Her Career

Eva has always had unwavering confidence in her abilities.

Reflecting on her career in an interview with Byrdie, she explained that growing up surrounded by strong, independent women—her mother, sisters, and aunts—helped instill a sense of self-belief.

“Of course, I’m going to work as hard as I can at whatever I do, and it just happens to be in this industry.

I knew I’d be successful because I was surrounded by successful women. They were everything I wanted to be.”

She recalls her first Hollywood billboard, noting the difference between external surprise and internal certainty: “I remember someone said to me, ‘Oh my god, who would have thought?’ And I said, ‘Me.

I thought it. I dreamt it.’ If you don’t champion yourself, who else is going to?”

Prioritizing Family and Health Over Hustle

Now 50, Eva’s priorities have shifted. “When you’re young, you should say yes to every opportunity,” she explained.

“Now I’m curating my life to be very specific to what I want the next 50 years to look like.

I’m spending more time with my family, working less, and doing more of what I love.”

She’s also embraced health-conscious habits and an active lifestyle, aiming to stay mobile and strong for the years ahead.

“I don’t mind ageing. I just want to age well.

I’m grateful to be able to move my body, work out, hike up a mountain, and play with my son,” she said, showing that grace, confidence, and vitality can truly go hand in hand.
