After a quiet round of golf in Scotland, Donald Trump logged back into Truth Social and launched a fiery, late-night tirade against NBC News, claiming the network is nothing more than a puppet of the Democratic Party.

And he didn’t stop there—his criticism extended to big-name celebrities like Beyoncé and Oprah, accusing the Democrats of buying endorsements with millions in campaign cash.

NBC Called a “Pawn” and Threatened With License Revocation

Trump’s first target of the night was NBC News.

He slammed the network for having “terrible programming” and even worse management.

According to him, NBC has become “an arm of the Democrat Party,” and he believes they should be held accountable—so much so that he said their broadcasting licenses “could, and should, be revoked.”

He even took a jab at the network’s parent company, calling Comcast “Concast,” and cited falling ratings as proof of public disinterest.

Trump highlighted a nearly 28% drop in NBC’s viewership this year, with NBC Nightly News reportedly losing over 600,000 viewers in just four weeks following the announcement of Lester Holt’s departure.

PBS and NPR Already in the Crosshairs

This latest media attack comes just months after Trump signed an executive order in May slashing federal funding to PBS and NPR.

At the time, he called both networks biased against conservatives and accused them of wasting taxpayer money on “atrocious” programming.

Beyoncé, Oprah, and Al Sharpton Pulled Into the Rant

Trump’s rant didn’t end with the media. He pivoted quickly to campaign finance, claiming the Democratic Party spent over $1 billion during the 2024 election—part of which allegedly went to paying off celebrities for endorsements.

He singled out a supposed $11 million payment to Beyoncé, who reportedly appeared with Kamala Harris but didn’t sing.

Trump mocked the moment, saying she “never sang, not one note” and walked off to a “booing and angry audience.”

He also mentioned Oprah, who allegedly received $3 million for “expenses,” and Al Sharpton, whom Trump called a “total lightweight,” claiming he was paid $600,000.

Trump promised that “others to be named” were also paid “for doing absolutely NOTHING!”

Accusations of Campaign Finance Violations

Trump then dropped a serious allegation: that Harris’ campaign failed to properly register these endorsement payments.

He argued that paying for endorsements is illegal and accused the Democrats of “major campaign finance law violations.”

“These ridiculous fees were incorrectly stated in the books and records,” he wrote.

“YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PAY FOR AN ENDORSEMENT. IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL TO DO SO.”

According to Trump, these payments weren’t just unethical—they were criminal.

He ended with a dramatic call for prosecution, saying: “Kamala, and all of those that received Endorsement money, BROKE THE LAW. They should all be prosecuted!”
