Orlando Pirates coach BLASTS Tanzanians for inhumane treatment!

On Sunday evening, Orlando Pirates returned to CAF Confederation Cup action when they faced Simba SC at the Benjamin Mkapa stadium in Tanzania.

The Buccaneers were defeated 1-0 on the night when Shomari Kapombe’s penalty proved to be the game-winner!

Mandla Ncikazi, Orlando Pirates’ co-coach, has since reacted to the loss and spoken out about his team’s terrible treatment in Tanzania.

Starting lineup!

Pirates XI: Ofori, Jele, Maela, Nyauza, Shandu, Ndlovu, Mosele, Monare, Hotto, Dlamini, Peprah.

Subs: Mpontshane, Hlatshwayo, Makaringe, Mabaso, Mntambo, Sam, Motshwari, Lorch, Lepasa.

“It’s a tough match. Our analyst has already gone through their key players, their structure, the way Simba SC play,” Orlando Pirates co-coach Fadlu Davids said as quoted by FarPost.

“We know they are going to allow 60,000 fans in, full capacity at the Benjamin Mkapa stadium, so we are emotionally ready for the match number one.

“We have to pick the players up. We have to keep the focus on what is lying ahead for Orlando Pirates. We will miss Paseka Mako. I am sure he will be out of the game.

“But then we have to do it for him [after his horrific accident during the previous match]. We have to go there and be brave and pull up the sleeves and roll up the face in the first leg.”
