Drug dealing, police raid homes, Olifantshoek

On 14 April 2022, police raided two separate premises and arrested a 25-year-old male with 6kg of dagga at the first residence.

Police also found 8kg dagga stashed in the second house and arrested a 25-year-old male.

The total estimated street value of the dagga is R10 000. The two suspects will soon appear in the Olifantshoek Magistrate’s Court on charges of dealing in dagga.

Police will continue with disruptive actions to ensure that streets are cleared from criminal activities so that everyone is and feel safe during this Easter weekend and beyond.
