Bayelsa State wins as National Para Games ends

Bayelsa State has emerged as the champions of the maiden edition of the National Para Games held in Abuja with 93 medals.

The oil-rich state produced an unequaled record with 31 gold medals, 30 silver medals, and 32 bronze medals at the competition.

Oyo State came second and won only 60 medals with 24 golds, 15 silvers, and 21 bronze medals.

Kano occupied the third position on the medal table with 21 gold medals, 13 silver, and 8 bronze medals totaling 42 medals.
