Katie Price Issues Sincere Apology to Myleene Klass After Criticising Her MBE During UK Tour With Kerry Katona

Katie Price has publicly apologised to Myleene Klass following a controversial remark on stage, where she branded the presenter a “clone.”

The comment, made during a tour with Kerry Katona, sparked criticism after Katie questioned why Myleene had been awarded an MBE.

Misunderstanding Behind the MBE Remark

Speaking on a new episode of The Katie Price Show podcast, Katie admitted she wasn’t aware that Myleene received her MBE for raising awareness about miscarriages and women’s health.

Sharing her own experiences with pregnancy loss, Katie said she “commends” Myleene for her work and has “sincerely apologised” for her earlier comments.

Her sister Sophie had previously confronted her, pointing out that both she and their mother had “told her off” after hearing the remark.

Katie explained that her “clone” comment wasn’t aimed directly at Myleene, but rather at the TV industry at large, where many presenters operate under similar management teams.

Setting the Record Straight

Katie clarified: “Now I never apologise unless I’m in the wrong.

I did not know on my life, now I know why she did get an MBE.

She done something about miscarriages, and that’s very close to my heart as I’ve also had miscarriages.

I commend her for that and I apologise to her.”

She added that the “clone” comment was intended to describe the broader management system in TV, not Myleene personally.

Katie concluded her apology with: “From me to Myleene, I sincerely apologise… that will teach me for not reading into it, and talking before I knew that she deserved to get an MBE.”

Previous Controversy

Just a week prior, Katie had publicly criticised Myleene in an interview with Closer Magazine, questioning why she had received an MBE for “playing the classical piano” and calling the TV industry “corrupt” with presenters who are “all clones.”

Breaking Silence on Past Feuds

Katie also addressed her long-running tension with Kelly Brook during the podcast, as well as their shared ex, rugby player Danny Cipriani.

The trio’s complicated history has included allegations of infidelity and public jabs over the years.

Katie admitted she doesn’t remember some of her past comments about Kelly but expressed support for her recent work, saying, “I am rooting for Kelly! From one glamour girl to another!”

Taking Shots at Danny Cipriani

Reflecting on her past romance with Danny Cipriani, Katie labelled him a “player” and poked fun at his personal attributes.

Her sister Sophie agreed, recalling family impressions of him: “He was an absolute k**b to you that guy.”

Katie’s reflections show a mix of humour, honesty, and self-awareness as she revisits old disputes and publicly makes amends where needed.

A Lesson in Awareness

Through her apology to Myleene Klass and reconciliatory comments about Kelly Brook, Katie Price demonstrates the value of context and understanding before speaking out.

In her own words, “that will teach me for not reading into it,” highlighting a more thoughtful approach to public commentary in the future.
