The LegalTech Fund (TLTF), a venture capital firm based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, has successfully closed its second fund at $110 million.

Focused exclusively on investing in legal technology startups, TLTF is on a mission to shape the future of legal services through innovation and technology.


Strong Support From Industry Leaders

Backing the fund were major players in the legal and tech industries.

Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte, an anchor partner, recommitted $10 million to the fund, demonstrating confidence in TLTF’s vision.

Strategic partner Consilio, a leader in legal tech solutions and enterprise services, also joined as a lead investor.

Other notable supporters included Burford Capital, Clio, DocuSign, Harbor, Orrick, and Thomson Reuters Ventures, among others.

Their involvement allows TLTF to connect entrepreneurs with the resources, expertise, and networks needed to accelerate the next generation of legal technology.


Global Early-Stage Investments

Under the leadership of Zach Posner, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, TLTF plans to continue investing globally in early-stage startups, from seed rounds to Series A.
