Tattoo Artist Janjira Kaewket Removes Offensive Ink from Young Thai Boy After Classmates Humiliate Him in Kanchanaburi

A 10-year-old boy in Thailand faced a shocking act of bullying when classmates used a makeshift tattoo gun to ink a vulgar slur across his forehead.

Kao, from Kanchanaburi province, was left humiliated not only by the word marked on his face but also by additional crude designs on his arms and legs.

Photos of Kao’s ordeal quickly circulated online, prompting a wave of concern and outrage from local residents and netizens alike.

Tattoo Artist Steps In to Help

Local tattoo artist Janjira “Frame” Kaewket saw the Facebook post and immediately offered to help.

At her shop on October 4, she treated Kao with care and patience, first applying numbing cream before using a laser to remove the offensive markings.

Footage shared online shows Kao lying calmly in a reclining tattoo chair as the artist zaps away the ink.

“I was shocked that someone would dare tattoo such a young child,” Janjira said.

“But I assured him the tattoos could easily be removed because they were done with a makeshift tool, just a sewing needle attached to a pen.”

Quick, Compassionate Treatment

Janjira explained that the removal itself took only about 15 minutes per session, though the numbing cream had to remain on for roughly an hour due to Kao’s age.

“It wasn’t just on his forehead,” she added. “There were over ten spots on his legs, all of which we managed to remove for him.”

The boy told Janjira that he had gone along with what the adults told him to do, emphasizing his vulnerability as a child in the situation.

Full Recovery on the Horizon

The artist reassured Kao and his family that it would take roughly three sessions to completely erase all of the tattoos.

She also promised to perform the work free of charge, showing both skill and compassion in the aftermath of the cruel prank.

Janjira, who has run her tattoo and beauty shop for 10 years, noted that she specializes in affordable tattoo removal, eyebrow tattooing, and other beauty treatments, ensuring that vulnerable clients like Kao can receive help without financial strain.

Community Response

The incident sparked widespread discussion online about bullying and child safety, highlighting the need for vigilance in schools and communities.

Thanks to Janjira’s swift intervention, Kao can begin to move past this painful experience and focus on healing both physically and emotionally.
