McVay, along with his wife Veronika Khomyn, has traded the California hustle for a sun-soaked escape on the French Riviera.
Spotted on a yacht in St. Tropez on Friday, the couple looked completely at ease as they soaked up the European summer, far away from any football fields or media scrums.

McVay, 39, ditched his coaching gear for swim trunks, showing off a seriously toned physique—one that probably wouldn’t look out of place in an NFL locker room.

Veronika Khomyn isn’t just the coach’s wife—she’s also a successful real estate broker working with The Agency, the same elite firm featured in Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills.
So yes, she’s bringing plenty of star power to this sunny getaway in her own right.
She’s built a name for herself in the high-end real estate world, and their relationship often grabs headlines just as much as McVay’s game strategies.
A Love Story That Started in D.C.
Their romance goes back over a decade. The couple first crossed paths in Washington D.C. between 2011 and 2016, back when McVay was cutting his teeth as a tight end coach and later offensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders.
At the same time, Veronika was a student at George Mason University in nearby Fairfax, Virginia, studying international business.
By 2016, she had gone public with their relationship with a post on Instagram—and the rest, as they say, is history.
From NFL Glory to a Glamorous Wedding
Their wedding was as high-profile as their relationship.
In June 2022, just four months after McVay coached the Rams to a Super Bowl win against the Cincinnati Bengals, the couple tied the knot in a dazzling ceremony in Beverly Hills.
It was a celebration that combined Hollywood glamour with Super Bowl swagger—exactly what you’d expect from one of the NFL’s most stylish power couples.
Now They’re Parents, Too
In October 2023, McVay and Khomyn added a new title to their resumes: parents.
