Molly Moorish—Liam Gallagher’s 27-year-old daughter—isn’t just preparing to become a first-time mum, she’s also opening up about her once-complicated family dynamic in a very public way.
The model graced the cover of Tatler’s August issue, where she reflected on her evolving relationship with her father Liam and half-brothers Lennon and Gene, offering a rare peek behind the Gallagher curtain.
Reconnecting With Her Famous Dad and Brothers
Molly’s story with her dad didn’t begin in the usual way.
Born in 1998 during Liam Gallagher’s short relationship with singer Lisa Moorish, she didn’t meet the Oasis frontman until she was 20 years old—two decades of estrangement.
But when that long-overdue introduction finally happened in 2018, it wasn’t just Liam she met—it was also her half-brothers, Lennon (25) and Gene (23).
And surprisingly, Molly says their bond came quickly and naturally.
“Our relationship is good.
We all have our own weird sense of humour and laugh a lot when we are together,” she told Tatler.
“It was pretty instant and easy when we met, to be honest.”
A New Chapter: Molly Prepares for Motherhood
Back in May, Molly revealed that she and her boyfriend, footballer Nathaniel Phillips, were expecting their first child.
The big announcement came via a heartwarming Instagram post, where she shared a photo of her growing bump while cuddled up to Nathaniel, captioning it with a cheeky, “bulking season.”
The post included snaps of baby clothes, her bump, and a nostalgic childhood throwback.
Naturally, the congratulations came pouring in.
Her mum, Lisa Moorish, excitedly commented “Waaaaaaah!”, while longtime family friend Sadie Frost added: “Congratulations – the best news.”
Music, Memories, and a Favourite Oasis Track
While the world awaits an Oasis reunion tour, Molly also revealed her favourite track from her dad’s legendary band.
Her pick? “She’s Electric.” And although she can’t quite explain why, she says it just has a “different and good vibe” that resonates with her.
It’s a fitting choice for someone whose connection to that iconic music has been more personal—and delayed—than most fans.
A Complicated Gallagher Family Tree
Molly’s addition to the Gallagher clan is just one part of Liam’s tangled family timeline.
The rocker has four children from different relationships: Lennon with actress Patsy Kensit, Gene with All Saints singer Nicole Appleton, Gemma (12) with journalist Liza Ghorbani, and of course, Molly with Lisa Moorish.
Despite being estranged from Liam for most of her life, Molly has spoken maturely about the past.
In a 2019 interview with The Sunday Times, she said, “I don’t have any anger.
I’m actually thankful for how I was brought up with my mum.
I wouldn’t be who I am now if it had gone any differently.”
A Dad’s Musical Tribute
Once they reconnected, Liam even penned a heartfelt track about his daughter, titled “Now That I Found You.”
It appeared on his solo album and marked a touching chapter in their renewed relationship.
Love and Football: A City Fan’s Dilemma
Molly’s partner Nathaniel Phillips is a professional footballer currently playing for Derby County, on loan from Liverpool.
She moved from Manchester to be with him—an interesting twist considering Liam is a diehard Manchester City supporter.
While Liam hasn’t publicly reacted, fans couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow at the cross-club romance.
Sources close to the couple have said Molly and Nathaniel are still in the honeymoon phase and that their bond is strong, despite keeping things relatively private.
“Everyone around them thinks they make a nice couple.
Molly is clearly smitten,” one insider shared.
Gallagher Reunion Tour Is Officially On
While Molly prepares for her little one’s arrival, her dad is gearing up for a massive global Oasis reunion tour with brother Noel.
After a 14-year feud, the brothers have finally buried the hatchet—at least enough to get back on stage together.
With tour dates lined up across the UK, America, South America, and Asia, 2025 is shaping up to be a monumental year for both Gallagher generations.
