Holly Willoughby shares hilarious throwback with Christine Lampard as the pair enjoy crisp-filled girls’ night at home in London

While fans may be used to seeing Holly Willoughby polished and poised on TV, the beloved presenter is proving she knows how to keep things real — whether she’s having fun with friends, navigating motherhood, or reflecting on personal challenges.

And lately, she’s been letting fans in on all of it.

Crisps and Giggles with Christine Lampard

It was all laughs on Instagram as Holly shared a hilarious throwback from a girls’ night with her longtime pal Christine Lampard.

The photo showed the duo fresh-faced and grinning, using crisps as fake vampire fangs.

The two looked like they were having an absolute blast.

“About last night… found this on the roll.

How do you eat your crisps? @christinelampard #fangtastic,” Holly captioned the post, sending fans into stitches.

The comments were flooded with love: “I just love you two,” one person wrote.

“So many questions and not enough answers,” said another.

The photo perfectly captured their cheeky friendship.

Wine, Sunshine, and Support Through Tough Times

The goofy throwback wasn’t the only glimpse into Holly and Christine’s close bond.

Back in April, when Holly’s long-running show Dancing On Ice was cancelled, Christine was right there by her side.

To shake off the stress, the two friends met up for a sun-soaked drink.

Holly posted a selfie of them both in sunglasses, looking relaxed and radiant with a glass of rosé in hand. “Rosé kinda Day,” she wrote.

The meet-up came at a difficult time for Holly — for the first time in 21 years, she was left without a prime-time ITV show after turning down a new hosting offer.

But with Christine in her corner, it was clear she wasn’t going through it alone.

A Bold New Look — and a New Parenting Job

On Thursday, Holly surprised fans with a brand new look, showing off chunky black glasses in a car selfie.

Her yellow-and-white striped shirt and beaming smile gave the post a sunny vibe — but it was her caption that had parents everywhere nodding.

“Any other mums or dads of 16-year-olds/Post-GCSE kids suddenly find themselves acting as personal party drivers? Mums Mini Cabs it is.

Also… I now wear glasses — game changer!”

Between her eldest son’s social life and her updated style, Holly was every bit the relatable mum.

Opening Up About Dyslexia in Jamie Oliver’s New Documentary

Beyond the laughs and selfies, Holly also recently shared something far more personal — her experience with dyslexia.

She opened up in Jamie’s Dyslexia Revolution, a Channel 4 documentary led by Jamie Oliver that highlights the struggles faced by children with dyslexia and calls for better support in schools.

Holly recalled how school was a challenge. “I always knew I was terrible at spelling,” she said.

“I would get poor results on spelling tests, and when I got my homework back, it was covered in red pen pointing out silly mistakes.”

Despite working hard, Holly said she often felt different — like her efforts didn’t match the outcomes.

“The school system is built for a specific kind of learner,” she reflected.

“And when you don’t learn that way, it shapes how you see yourself.”

Embracing Her Dyslexia as a Strength

Holly has spoken in the past about being diagnosed with dyslexia later in life.

Rather than seeing it as a setback, she sees it as part of what makes her unique.

Back in 2022 on This Morning, she told Sir Richard Branson — who is also dyslexic — that she considers it a “feather in her cap.”

“I think it makes me who I am,” she said. “I’m very proud of being dyslexic.

In fact, a lot of the things I think I’m good at in life are because of it.”

Sir Richard agreed wholeheartedly, sharing how he too struggled in school but found his stride by focusing on things he loved.

“Once I started using my dyslexic brain for the things I cared about, I started to excel,” he said.
