Even when she’s off-duty, Cindy Crawford proves that timeless beauty doesn’t need a touch-up.

The iconic supermodel recently stepped out for a relaxed afternoon with her husband, Rande Gerber, looking effortlessly stunning without a stitch of makeup.

A Casual Day Out in Malibu

Cindy, 59, was spotted enjoying lunch at the laid-back hotspot La Nena Cantina in Malibu.

She and Rande kept things low-key, grabbing a bite and some drinks before heading out.

Cindy’s fresh face was glowing, framed by her casual but chic outfit — a black tank top, comfy leggings, and a cozy white sweater tied around her waist.

Rande kept to his signature surfer-style vibe, looking relaxed while sipping on a to-go beverage from the restaurant.

Celebrating Two Decades of Meaningful Beauty

While Cindy was makeup-free for her lunch date, she hasn’t stepped away from the beauty world — far from it.

Just last year, she marked a major milestone: 20 years of her skincare brand, Meaningful Beauty.

The line, developed alongside renowned French cosmetic specialist Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh, has grown into a massive $500 million company — and Cindy still owns half.

In honor of the anniversary, Cindy posted two side-by-side photos on Instagram — one from her modeling days in the ’80s and another taken more recently.

In both shots, she wore the same black leather motorcycle jacket, showing off how her timeless style (and skincare routine) have stood the test of time.

A Personal Mission Behind the Brand

Cindy has always been open about her motivation behind creating Meaningful Beauty.

For her, it’s not just about looking good — it’s about feeling confident and taking care of yourself at every age.

“Feeling beautiful can give women self-confidence at every age,” she’s said.

“That’s the foundation of Meaningful Beauty.”

Her journey with the brand started decades ago in Paris, where Dr. Sebagh treated her with a rare antioxidant-rich melon extract from the South of France.

Cindy was so amazed by the glowing results that she decided to help make the formula accessible to women everywhere.

Skincare Meets Self-Acceptance

More than just skincare, Cindy describes Meaningful Beauty as a philosophy. Dr. Sebagh’s belief — “It’s never too late and it’s never too early to start” — deeply resonated with her.

The brand encourages consistency, self-care, and embracing the aging process with grace.

“Achieving healthy, glowing skin is a reflection of taking good care of yourself and accepting who you are,” Cindy says on her website. “After that, you can go enjoy your life.”

Reflecting on Her Upbringing and Early Success

Recently, Cindy opened up about her early modeling career and how her success changed the dynamic with her parents.

Speaking on the Kelly Corrigan Wonders podcast alongside fellow supermodel Christy Turlington, Cindy recalled becoming a “big fish” quickly after she started modeling in Chicago — a smaller scene where she rapidly rose to the top.

By age 18, she was already out-earning her parents — something they never could’ve imagined.

“I was making more money than my parents made, more money than they could ever have even dreamed of,” she said.

A Role Reversal After Personal Loss

Cindy also touched on how the death of her younger brother Jeffery from leukemia in 1975 shaped her family’s experience.

“In a weird way, I felt like I became the son,” she admitted.

Her financial success allowed her to help her family in meaningful ways, though she emphasized she never felt like she had to “be the dad.”

Keeping Her Roots Close

Despite her global fame, Cindy hasn’t forgotten where she came from.

Over the years, she’s made sure to share her success with her loved ones.

“I’ve been able to take [my family] on nice vacations,” she said, referencing a recent girls’ getaway to Miami with her mom and sisters.

Whether she’s launching a half-billion-dollar skincare line or simply enjoying tacos in Malibu, Cindy continues to live by her own rules — grounded, radiant, and as real as ever.
