WORLD CAPITALS, 8th February, 2022 – Coronavirus cases globally surged to 397,902,986, according to the latest pandemic updates released Monday by the Worldometer, a US-based website tracking the global outbreak.

Deaths reached 5,767,965, while recoveries hit 317,374,252.
