David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as “Davido” was born in November 21, 1992. He was born into the family of Adedeji and Vero Adeleke in Atlanta, Georgia.
He was born in Atlanta but raised in Lagos, Nigeria. He got his first degree at Babcock University after dropping out of Oakwood University.
It was said that his interest in music started when he was in Oakwood University where he bought some musical instruments and started working on them till they affected his grades and he dropped out.
In 2011, Davido became popular after his released song “E ma Dami Duro” became a hit. And since the time of this song he had released several other songs.
With endorsement projects and successful deals like the 30 million naira from MTN and 50 million from close-up, his net worth was roughly calculated to be 40 million dollars and he is regarded as one of the richest musicians in Nigeria.
