Norse Atlantic Airways Increases Flight Frequency Between Cape Town and London Starting April 2025

Since its debut in October 2024, Norse Atlantic Airways has been providing affordable seasonal flights between London and Cape Town.

Now, the airline is increasing its flight frequency to meet growing demand and make travel between these two cities even more convenient.

Increased Flight Frequency for April 2025

Starting April 1, 2025, Norse will be offering four weekly flights between Cape Town and London, up from the previous three.

The new schedule will run until April 27, 2025, making it easier for travelers to book a flight on their preferred day.

• From Cape Town to London: Flights will depart Cape Town on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 11:00, landing in London Gatwick at 21:40.
• From London to Cape Town: Departing London Gatwick on Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 20:00, arriving in Cape Town at 08:30 the following day.

Return to Three Weekly Flights for the 2025 Season

Once the new seasonal schedule ends on April 27, Norse Atlantic will return to three flights per week for the second season in Cape Town, which runs from October to November 2025.

The schedule for this period will be as follows:

• From Cape Town to London: Flights will depart on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 11:45, arriving in London Gatwick at 21:20.
• From London to Cape Town: Flights will depart on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays at 20:30, arriving in Cape Town at 09:50 the next morning.

More Frequent Flights in December 2025

Looking ahead, Norse Atlantic will ramp up flights again starting December 1, 2025, continuing until April 2026. This schedule will bring back the four-weekly service between the cities:

• From Cape Town to London: Departing on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 11:45, arriving in London Gatwick at 21:20.
• From London to Cape Town: Flights will leave London Gatwick on Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 20:30, arriving in Cape Town at 09:50 the next day.
