Ivanka Trump surprises Super Bowl crowd by joining Donald Trump at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans for the big game

Ivanka Trump turned heads on Sunday night as she made an unexpected appearance at the 2025 Super Bowl alongside her father, Donald Trump.

The 43-year-old has largely stepped away from the public eye since announcing her departure from politics to focus on her family.

However, she stepped back into the spotlight at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she watched the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles.

Dressed stylishly for the occasion, Ivanka rocked a white button-down tank top paired with matching pants.

She completed her elegant look with a statement brown belt, a cream and brown handbag, and a dazzling gold bracelet.

Her long blonde hair was left loose, and she opted for natural makeup, exuding effortless glamour.

Joining her at the event was her eight-year-old son, Theodore, as well as her brother Eric Trump and his wife, Lara Trump.

Stepping Away from Politics but Still Supporting Her Father

Ivanka, who played a key advisory role in Donald Trump’s first administration, has made it clear that she will not be taking on an official White House position this time around.

During a recent appearance on The Skinny Confidential podcast, she shared her reasons for stepping away from the political arena.

Instead of working in the administration, she is prioritizing emotional support for her father.

“I’m most looking forward to just being able to show up for him as a daughter and be there for him,” she explained.

“To take his mind off things—watch a movie with him or a sports game—so he can relax and just be himself.”

She also acknowledged the immense pressure that comes with the presidency, calling it “the world’s loneliest position” due to the weight of the decisions made daily and the transactional nature of relationships in that sphere.

Reflecting on the Past and Moving Forward

Looking back on her time in the White House, Ivanka admitted that she found the political world to be overwhelming and even unsettling. “I hate politics,” she confessed.

“Unfortunately, there is a darkness to that world that I don’t really want to welcome into mine.”

However, she expressed pride in her policy work, particularly in doubling the child tax credit during her father’s administration.

Despite her aversion to politics, she emphasized her love for policy and the positive impact it can have.

Although she will not hold an official title in her father’s second administration, Ivanka remains closely connected to him, speaking with him nearly every day.

Even without a formal role, she is likely to continue influencing decisions from behind the scenes.

A High-Profile Lunch with Influential Women

Ivanka’s Super Bowl appearance came shortly after she was spotted having lunch with two powerful figures—Elon Musk’s mother, Maye Musk, and Rupert Murdoch’s former wife, Wendi Murdoch.

Maye Musk shared photos from their outing on X, captioning them: “Fun lunch with two smart women.”

For the occasion, Ivanka donned a crisp white broderie anglaise-style dress, paired with elegant pointed flats, showcasing her signature sophisticated style.

With her continued presence at high-profile events and her close connection to key figures, Ivanka Trump may be stepping away from politics, but she remains a significant presence in elite circles.

Whether behind the scenes or in the public eye, she continues to capture attention wherever she goes.
