Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Taken to Hospital for Knee Injury Amid Ongoing Sex Crime Charges in Brooklyn

Sean “Diddy” Combs was rushed to the hospital on Thursday night from his federal prison cell, sources have confirmed.

The 55-year-old mogul, currently incarcerated at the infamous Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn while awaiting trial for serious sex crime charges, was taken to Brooklyn Hospital for an MRI after his knee started causing him significant discomfort.

The hospital visit, insiders told DailyMail.com, was not a result of any altercation or fight within the prison but rather due to an old injury flaring up.

After undergoing the MRI, Combs was quickly returned to his cell, with no overnight stay at the medical facility.

A Long-Standing Legal Battle for Combs

Combs, who has been in jail since his arrest last year, faces numerous charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution.

Despite his incarceration, the music mogul has consistently denied the charges and pleaded guilty after initial accusations surfaced.

Just last week, he was hit with a new criminal indictment accusing him of sex trafficking three women, including his former girlfriend, singer Cassie Ventura.

This new indictment broadens the scope of the earlier charges, with two additional women now said to have been trafficked by Combs.

Attorney Defends Combs Against New Indictment

Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, responded to the latest indictment, insisting there were no new charges against his client.

“The latest indictment contains no new offenses,” Agnifilo stated.

“The prosecution’s theory remains flawed.”

The attorney further argued that two of Combs’ ex-girlfriends were wrongly identified as prostitutes in the indictment.

Prosecutors allege that Combs transported these women — including professional sex workers — across state lines.

However, none of the women involved in the case have been publicly named.

One of the women is believed to be Ventura, who filed a lawsuit in November 2023, accusing Combs of rape and repeated physical abuse.

Although the lawsuit was settled the following day, the terms were kept private, and Combs did not publicly acknowledge or admit to the allegations.

As Combs prepares for his trial, set to begin on May 5, his legal team remains steadfast in their fight against these charges.

Despite the serious nature of the accusations, no additional charges have been filed at this time.

The Road Ahead for Combs

With the trial date looming and the pressure mounting from both his legal battle and public scrutiny, Diddy’s future remains uncertain.

As the case continues to unfold, more details may come to light about the allegations against him, the ongoing legal proceedings, and how his actions will be evaluated in court.
