The Impact of the Wildfires

The wildfires, which began on January 7, 2025, have already led to over 100,000 evacuations in Los Angeles County, as reported by People.

Fires such as the Palisades and Eaton Fires remain uncontained, leaving widespread devastation in their wake.

While the exact death toll is still unknown, rescue efforts are ongoing to locate missing victims.

Harry and Meghan’s involvement in relief efforts extends beyond immediate aid.

Their foundation is also exploring opportunities for volunteers to support mental health recovery for those affected by the trauma of the fires.

Encouraging Donations and Support for Relief Organizations

In addition to offering shelter, the couple has encouraged donations to organizations such as CAL FIRE, the LA Fire Department Foundation, and Baby2Baby, which provide essential services during the crisis.
