Provide a valid means of identification (LASSRA Card accepted).
Operate a registered business in Lagos State.
Have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with active customers.
Be able to fund the team’s travel and related expenses.
Show proof of payment of Personal Income Tax in Lagos State.
Submit a unique and innovative proposal that aligns with LASRIC’s vision.
Be free from any outstanding debts to Lagos State Government programs (such as LSETF loans or support funds).
Disclose any criminal records (if applicable).
