According to authorities, the victim fell near the vehicle before Boucher, impaired by alcohol, allegedly backed up, running over her head.
The gruesome act left the woman with severe facial fractures, requiring emergency surgery.

As the victim lay injured, her friend intervened to provide aid but ended up in a physical confrontation with Boucher.
