It’s no secret that Kaizer Chiefs are in dire need of a striker who can consistently find the back of the net.

With their eyes set on improving their attack, they’re exploring several potential signings from the Bafana Bafana squad.

Chiefs Making Moves for Bafana Bafana Forward

Kaizer Chiefs are now the top contenders to secure Bafana Bafana forward Oswin Appolis from Polokwane City.

According to recent updates, negotiations are progressing positively, and Chiefs are reportedly prepared to offer R10 million for Appolis.

An insider mentioned, “It looks like things are moving in the right direction for Appolis’ signing.

While we can’t call it a done deal yet, it’s definitely looking promising.

Chiefs are holding off on announcing their new signings until they can do so all at once for this season.”

Price Tag and Squad Adjustments

Polokwane City has set a price tag of R10 million for Appolis, and Chiefs are reportedly willing to meet this demand.

This move is looking increasingly likely.

In preparation, Coach Nabi is trimming the squad down to 25 players, which means up to 10 current Chiefs players might be released.

If Appolis joins the team, this number could potentially rise to 11.

Meanwhile, three specific Chiefs players have already been informed of their impending release under Nabi’s management.
