Former Model Sues Diddy for Alleged 2003 Sexual Assault

Crystal McKinney has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2003.

The 54-year-old rapper, already under a sex trafficking investigation and facing multiple sexual misconduct lawsuits, allegedly assaulted McKinney at his studio.

The Incident

McKinney, then 22, says she met Diddy at a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City. He invited her to his studio, where he and his friends were drinking and smoking.

After taking a hit from what she describes as a “very powerful” joint, McKinney felt disoriented and believes it was laced with another drug. She claims Diddy then forced her to perform oral sex in the bathroom.

Aftermath and Impact

McKinney states she lost consciousness and woke up in a taxi, realizing she had been sexually assaulted.

The trauma led to her being blackballed from the modeling industry and suffering severe depression, culminating in a suicide attempt in 2004.

Inspired by other women who have come forward, including Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, McKinney felt compelled to speak out.

Diddy’s Response

Diddy is currently under federal investigation for sex trafficking and is facing numerous lawsuits for sexual misconduct.

He recently apologized on Instagram for a past incident involving Cassie Ventura, acknowledging his behavior and seeking therapy and spiritual guidance.

Cassie’s Lawsuit and Diddy’s Legal Troubles

Surveillance footage of Diddy attacking Cassie in 2016 recently surfaced, showing a violent altercation in a Los Angeles hotel.

Cassie settled a lawsuit with Diddy last year, alleging rape and other offenses.

Diddy continues to face multiple accusations of sexual misconduct, with one lawsuit involving a music producer coerced into soliciting prostitutes and another from a woman claiming he raped her when she was 17.

Diddy’s Legacy

Despite these allegations, Diddy remains one of the most influential figures in hip-hop.

Known for founding Bad Boy Records and winning three Grammy Awards, he has worked with numerous top-tier artists. However, his legacy is now overshadowed by these serious accusations.

The investigation into Diddy’s actions is ongoing, and he has not yet been charged.
