Okorocha Officially Declares For Presidency

On Wednesday, Okorocha revealed his intention to run for president in 2023.

In a letter to the Senate President, the ex-Abia state governor declared his desire, which was read in plenary by Ahmad Lawan.

On Monday, January 31, 2022, the legislator announced he will hold a global press conference to officially proclaim his candidacy for the president.

On the platform of the All Progressives Congress, he is a senator representing the Imo West senatorial constituency (APC)
