Former FC Ifeanyi Ubah player and current Captain of Sporting Football Club of Lagos, Atu Irumekhai, has exclusively revealed to tobexmedia.com that the club’s welfare is rather encouraging when compared to the league’s cadre.

” I must admit that the team’s welfare is superior to that of the majority of Premiership teams.
The team is very driven in all areas, and the only way we can repay them is to do well in the league.”

Atu who last played in the premiership took the bold step by stepping a division lower with Sporting FC Lagos sums it up religiously

He made me the captain of the team and this I must pay back with good performances and leadership traits.
