Saudi Arabia reports 5,591 new COVID-19 cases

RIYADH, 20th January, 2022 – Saudi Arabia reported 5,591 new COVID-19 cases, two related deaths and 5,238 recoveries during the past 24 hours, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted the Ministry of Health as saying.

The total number of confirmed cases now stands at 638,327 and the total recoveries at 584,050, while fatalities rose to 8,914.

The ministry added that the number of critical cases reached 540.
