Yuletide: AMAC Chairman Calls For Adherence To COVID-19 Protocols

 
The Chairman, Abuja Municipal Area Council, AMAC, in the Nigerian Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abdullahi Adamu Candido has called for stricter adherence to COVID-19 protocols, stressing that the Omicron variant is spreading fast across the country and must be curtained by applying all the safety measures.

In a statement signed by the Head of information unit of the council, Patience Olaloye, Candido also enjoined Nigerians particularly residents of the Council to continue to partner with the government in the fight against insecurity and insurgency so as to bring the country back to its position of greatness.

He then wished all Christian faithful in the Council a happy Christmas celebration and all residents a prosperous New year ahead.

The Chairman further prayed to the Almighty Allah to grants them a new Nigeria, a peaceful and a great Nation as they transit into another year 2022.
