Cyriel Dessers wins Feyenoord player of the month

The year 2021 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for Nigerian striker Cyriel Dessers as he clinched the player of the month for Dutch club Feyenoord.

The 27-year old Nigerian has been in impeccable form scored four of his seven goals in November.

Dessers also grabbed goal of the month for his audacious looping header against Slavia Prague in a Europa Conference League game last week.

On Thursday he found the back of the net as Feyernoord beat Maccabi Haifa 2-0 to seal top spot in their Europa Conference league group.

Dessers is on the 40-man list of Super Eagles players scheduled to battle for a spot in the 2022 AFCON squad.
