Niger State: Nigerian Police rescues 8 kidnapped victims

The Niger State Police Command In North Central Nigeria has confirmed the rescued of 8 people from kidnappers den   on  the 24 that of Nov 2021.

In a statement by DSP Wasiu Abiodun, the Niger state police command PRO,  that the  Police operatives rescued the victims based on intelligence information along Lukuma/Shafe road of Sarkin Pawa village in Munya Local government area of the state on Thursday.

“The 8 kidnapped victims from Mangoro forest  were abandoned by suspected kidnappers as a result of hot chase by operational patrol along the axis of Mangoro-Lukuma-Shafe area of S/Pawa,” the DSP  said.

DSP Abiodun further said the rescued victims according to police investigations were taken to Kofa forest of Chikun Local government area of Kaduna state.
