Abba Kyari to resume work as IGP lifts his suspension after investigation over alleged ties with Hushpuppi

Abba Kyari has been given permission to return to work. The Deputy Commissioner of Police has been suspended and removed of all police responsibilities awaiting the outcome of an internal inquiry into his alleged ties to fraudster Ramon Abbas, also known as “Hushpuppi.”

The Inspector General of Police lifted his suspension following the probe.
